    Final week, a liberal woman held up a racist sign to protest Winsome Sears, the present Lieutenant Governor of Virginia who’s operating for governor there this fall.

    Abigail Spanberger, the Democrat operating for governor, provided a tepid response to the signal by way of her marketing campaign.

    Racist signal prompts BET co-founder Robert Johnson to offer Winsome Earle-Sears’ marketing campaign $500K

    Robert L. Johnson, the billionaire co-founder of Black Leisure Tv, has donated $500,000 to Virginia Lt. Governor Winsome-Sears’ gubernatorial marketing campaign after she was focused by a racist signal at a college board assembly.

    Ms. Winsome-Sears’ marketing campaign stated Mr. Johnson made the donation and condemned the “helpful fool” who displayed the signal at an Arlington County faculty board assembly.

    “Madam Lt. Governor, I used to be so appalled by the racist diatribe displayed by a helpful fool at a latest press occasion that I select to point out all of the voters of Virginia how Black Brothers stand as much as defend and assist Black Sisters when confronted with unadulterated racism. I’ve at all times been a superb investor and that’s why I’m investing in you,” Mr. Johnson advised Ms. Earle-Sears, in keeping with her marketing campaign.

    A spokesperson for Mr. Johnson and his enterprise, RLJ Corporations, didn’t reply to a request for remark.
